TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

These terms and conditions apply to all retail orders placed on our online store.

By visiting the My Islamic Celebration website you accept and agree to the terms and conditions below.

We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to regularly read through them prior to purchase.

PRICING

My Islamic Celebration endeavours to have accurate pricing and descriptions for all products and services it provides
All prices on this website are quoted in Pounds (£).All retail prices include 20% VAT. My Islamic Celebration reserves the right to amend or increase any prices at its own discretion without notice. A delivery fee will be added to all orders prior to payment unless the order meets the Free Delivery conditions (see Shipping for details). 

 

PAYMENTS

My Islamic Celebration requires payment in full prior to dispatch.

We currently accept all Visa and Master Cards, Debit cards, Maestro and PayPal, through our secure payment gateway. We also accept Apple pay, Googlepay and Klarna You will be given payment options on check out.

All your details are protected and we take every measure possible to ensure a secure transaction.

 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Orders placed outside the UK mainland may be subject to duties or taxes due to importing restrictions on certain products and materials. These additional taxes, fees, or charges may apply to your order according to your local legislation, and it is your responsibility to pay this.
Any duties or taxes will only apply once your parcel has reached the destination country. We have no control over these charges therefore we cannot advise you of what the costs may be as they will vary from country to country.
If you are unsure about whether the charges may apply to your order it is your responsibility to contact your local customs authority regarding these matters prior to placing your order.

 

TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY

You can track your order at any time by logging into the 'My Account' section of the site, selecting order history and clicking on the relevant order.
Please click on the tracking link which will take you to our courier's website where you can find out the status of your order. 
Your order's tracking number is also stated in your order confirmation email.

DISCOUNT CODES

The following terms and conditions apply to all discount codes offered on our Website and Social media channels, marketing materials and email communications:

1. Only one discount code can be used per order
2. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion
3. Discount codes are limited to one use per customer
4. Discount codes cannot be redeemed against Gift Cards
5. All offers are subject to availability
6. My Islamic Celebration reserves the right to amend, withdraw or extend offers at any time, without prior notice
 

 

SHIPPING

Delivery options are selected at the checkout. We do offer next day delivery options to most UK destinations under the terms specified (see shipping policy for more details).
When placing your order with My Islamic Celebration should you request the parcel to be left without a signature (i.e Garage, back garden, shed etc) you shall be liable should the parcel not be received. My Islamic Celebration cannot take any responsibility should the order not be received, we recommend for all orders a signature is obtained.
Should you refuse to sign for your package within this 14 day period you will be liable for any cost incurred by us for the goods being returned back.
We cannot be held liable for any loss including consequential loss if a product does not arrive on time.
Should your order be returned back to us by our courier due to a refusal to accept the goods, non-delivery caused by the incorrect address being given, or non-collection of your goods from our courier, we will recover our costs in the return of your order which will be charged at £12.00 per parcel.
We aim to process orders in the best possible time and pride ourselves in being able to offer a quick turnaround service. For this reason we have strict limitation on changes or cancellations once your order has been placed. For more details please read our 'Shipping policy'.  

 

ELIGIBLE CASH/CARD REFUNDS

All customers have the right to return their order 14 days from when they receive their goods, in line with the Consumer act 2015, for a full refund. We offer a credit note for customers who return their goods for any other reason other than damaged/faulty/missing/incorrect items. Cash refunds are only issued for products that are damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing. Please note* Credit notes will only be valid for a year from the point of issue.
  

RESPONSIBILITY & ACCOUNTABILITY

All returns will be inspected upon being received, please refrain from damaging the goods during inspection including the original packaging and labels/tags.
We do not accept liability for any goods which do not reach us. We therefore advise that any goods which are returned are done so using a recorded delivery service and proof of postage is retained. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange in the event of damage being caused to our goods.
Please note* It is your responsibility to ensure you're aware of our returns policy and we will not take any liability or offer any flexibility for noncompliance with this policy.  

 

CANCELLATION PERIOD

Customers may cancel their order within 2 hours should they change their mind and get a full cash refund back. An email should be sent to admin@myislamiccelebration.com with order details and reason for cancellation. If the customer has been charged, the refunded amount may take 2-4 business days to return back in the account.
However, if your order has already been processed and passed to our warehouse, cancellations at this stage may be subject to an administration and restocking fee and refunds may not be made in full.

RETURNS PERIOD

Any customer wishing to return an item must do so within 14 days from the point of the item(s) being delivered. Any item(s) must be returned in its entirety, in its original packaging and within the 14 day deadline. Customers have the right to return their goods within 14 days from the point the goods have been delivered. We do not currently provide free returns, therefore the customer will need to pay for this. Any returns requested after the period of 14 days from delivery, will be refused. If such goods are still sent back to us, My Islamic Celebration reserve the right of not offering you a refund. In such a scenario, My Islamic Celebration will not issue a refund and it will be the customers responsibility to ensure a collection/redelivery is arranged to pick the item up. If the item is not collected within 10 working days the item(s) may be discarded of. Where the customer has registered their return within 14 days, but do not return the item(s) within the 14 day timeframe, a refund will not be issued and the customer will need to rearrange a collection. Proof of returned goods sent out will be accepted as a copy of the postage receipt, so we advise customers to retain these receipts when posting their returns.  

 

RETURNS PROCESS 

To be eligible for a return, you must complete the returns form here and return the item within 14 days from the point of receipt of delivery. Item(s) returned must be returned in its entirety, in its original packaging and within the timeframe outlined.
If the item is sent without a completed return form, the return will not be processed and the customer will incur a redelivery charge.
At the point of receipt, your returns will be processed within 4-5 working days and eligible cash and credit returns will be processed within 14 working days.
  

INTERNATIONAL REFUNDS

We do not refund shipping charges or reimburse return shipping charges.
If you are returning faulty goods, UK customers will be provided a free returns label via email. A free return label is not available for our International customers, we will therefore reimburse up to £18.99 to your order upon providing proof of shipment receipt and arrival of goods.
Please note* if the returned items are not to be found faulty or incorrect item, a deduction of £6.99 will be made to cover the cost of the return label.

 

RESTOCKING FEE

If the return reason is other than defective, shipping error or incorrect/missing items, then a restocking fee of £6.99 will be deducted from any refunds, credit notes or exchanges.
